Gozeneklı Niti Sekıl Hafızalı Alasımda Faz Transformasyonunun Deneysel Ve Numerık Analızı

Proje Özeti: 

The purpose of this project is to investigate the mechanical behavior of porous NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA), especially its pseudoelastic behavior. Pre-alloyed Ni50.7Ti49.3 (at%) powders of 100−150 μm nominal diameter are purchased from TLS Technik GmbH (Bitterfeld, Germany) and consolidated in a spark plasma sintering (SPS) machine, in France (when the doctoral student was in ENSTA Paris as part of her joint doctoral study). High density and porous NiTi compacts are fabricated and then subjected to different thermal treatments to obtain the pseudoelastic behavior. Effect of thermal treatment on the phase transformation characteristics is analyzed through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It is shown that transformation temperatures of porous NiTi can be altered by changing heat treatment temperature or duration
